近期，上海騰拔儀器科技有限公司Universal TA研究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀助力上海海洋大學(xué)冷向軍教授團(tuán)隊(duì)分別在國(guó)際水產(chǎn)期刊《Aquaculture》(IF=4.242)和《Aquaculture Nutrition》(IF=3.497)發(fā)表了題為"Effects of replacing fishmeal with cottonseed protein concentrate on growth performance, flesh quality and gossypol deposition of largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)"和"Dietary rutin promoted the growth, serum antioxidant response and flesh collagen, free amino acids contents of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella)"的研究論文。在這兩篇論文中，研究人員利用上海騰拔Universal TA研究型質(zhì)構(gòu)儀分別測(cè)定大口黑鱸的硬度、彈性、咀嚼性和內(nèi)聚性以及剪切力和草魚的硬度、彈性、咀嚼性、內(nèi)聚性、粘附性和回復(fù)性。
